Therapists - Kimberly McKitrick

Kimberly McKittrick

People often seek therapy when they feel stuck in some way. You may find that you’re repeating patterns – in relationships, at work or school, or in how you think and feel about yourself – that no longer work as well for you as they did in the past. Or you may be concerned about patterns that your child or teenager is developing, and not know how to help them. I work to help children, teenagers, and adults find relief from emotional pain, increase flexibility and resilience when facing life’s challenges, improve their relationships, and increase life satisfaction. I listen carefully and share my thoughts, and together we work to make sense of experiences that have felt confusing or overwhelming. Starting therapy is an expression of hope that change is possible.
