When looking for a therapist, it is important to find someone with a combination of relevant experience, compassion, and honesty. I have over 5 years of experience providing therapy for youth, families, and individuals to help them find creative solutions to life’s complex problems. I am particularly interested in helping adolescents and their families navigate the difficult transition from childhood to adulthood in today’s world. I know that sometimes family members each have their own ideas about who needs to change what, and that’s okay! Whether it’s one-on-one therapy or family therapy, I respect each family member’s point of view while helping them find ways to have the family relationships based on respect, understanding, and support. As your therapist, I will do my best to understand who you are, how you got here, and where you want to go. I will work hard to tailor my approach to you and your unique circumstances so that the changes you make actually fit with you, your lifestyle, and your goals.
