Erin O’Rourke

I am a supportive, compassionate, and collaborative therapist. It is important to me that those who choose to work with me feel safe, seen, and supported. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for a successful therapy experience. Ultimately, I believe that you are the expert on yourself and that my role is to help facilitate your path towards healing or growth. By building a relationship based on empathy and safety, we can seek ways to better utilize your strengths to get you closer to the more meaningful life you desire. You will always be the expert of your life story. I work with a systemic lens and believe that everyone is impacted by the systems that surround them, which can include their relationships, family, community, and society-at-large. My hope is to partner and collaborate with my clients to better navigate the challenges, relationships, and stresses they face and support them in their healing and growth journey.
