Carol Williams

I have an extensive background in working with youth & families. I focus on my clients’ daily life experiences, providing therapeutic services with a goal of holistic wellness.  After completing my undergraduate degree with American Intercontinental University in Education, I went on to teach in the college, but soon realized my heart was in helping my community to achieve mental health wellness and went on to get my Master’s degree.  I have a love for music, art, and cooking.  I’ve sought to understand individuals within a wide variety of frameworks: biological, behavioral, psychological, sociological, religious/spiritual.  Overall, this has cultivated in me a deepening appreciation of the importance of understanding these perspectives to integrate into the treatment with each person I work with as I join them in their own respective journey toward growth.
