Title: Office Support Specialist

Reports to: Executive Assistant

Position Classification: Full Time, Hourly: Non- Exempt

hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Salary and benefits: Benefits begin 30 days after employment on the 1st of the month. Benefits include medical (employee pays $60.00 monthly), Dental, Life and Long Term disability.
Following one year of employment employee is eligible to participate in company matched 401K.

Basic Function: Responsible for clerical support to agency staff and responsible for general front office operations and duties.

Specific Responsibilities:

- Provide support to the clinical team in multiple areas including filing, data entry, phone calls and other tasks as appropriate in supporting clinical staff in reaching service goals.
- opening building at the start of each workday, including unlocking necessary doors, turning on office machines, checking voicemail, and in general p[preparing agency for operation.
- General receptionist duties including but not limited to: answering telephones, assessing calls and directing to appropriate staff, take and record messages, greet and direct persons entering the building.
- Pull and replace client files as per agency policy and procedures, ensuring adherence to H.I.P.P.A. laws.
- Typing, faxing and copying for all agency staff as requested.
- Review and distribute incoming mail as soon as possible after delivery.
- Maintain clean and orderly lobby and reception areas, including posting public information, ensuring tidiness throughout the building.
- Complete referral forms for client referrals

- Ability to lift 40lbs or more to stock office supplies throughout the agency

–Must pass Washington State Patrol Criminal Background Check
–Must show Negative Result for TB line test

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/ GED preferred: Associates of Arts degree/ Certification in Business Administration or related
- 2 years of office administration/clerical work experience
- Must Type over 35 wpm
- Computer Proficiency must include: Microsoft Access, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook
